When will my order be processed?

Once your order has been placed, it takes 2-3 business days to process. All orders are dispatched from our Mumbai, India warehouse. Orders placed on the weekend or public holidays will be processed the following business day.

Please allow an additional 2-3 business days for dispatch during sale periods.
Is there a shipping fee?

We currently offer free shipping on all orders above INR 1200.
How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email containing a tracking link. This information can take up to 24 hours to update after your order has been shipped. 
WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?

Yep, we offer returns on bras. Buying underwear online can be tricky so we want to make it as easy as possible for you to return any pieces that aren’t quite right.
If something doesn’t fit quite right, you can return it within 5 days of delivery. A small fee of ₹100 is deducted to cover reverse pickup and logistics costs.
hOW DO I CREATE A RETURN?

If your item/s meet the conditions of return, you can submit a returns request via our online returns portal here.
Please note, the return request needs to be made within 5 days from delivery. The item should be unused, unwashed and have the product tags intact.

WHAT DO I DO IF I RECEIVE DAMAGED GOODS?

If you receive a faulty item, please contact us at hello@mychoreography.in with your order number and a photo of the defect. Our Support team will assist you promptly. If the item is deemed faulty, we will offer a replacement or refund, per your choice.
HOW DO I CARE FOR MY INNERWEAR?

Let's be realistic. You're not gonna handwash your bra. So, here's a way you can ensure your bra's longevity. Hook your bra (to prevent snagging) and zip it in a lingerie bag or wash bag. Then toss in the washing machine for a cold cycle.

I AM NOT SURE ABOUT MY SIZE. CAN I GET HELP WITH THAT?

Yes! We know just how difficult it is to measure your bra size. Leave the math to us. Just put in your measurements in our calculator and we'll let you know your perfect size for bras and also sports bras! You can also contact us on our customer care number and we can figure this out together.
